Structure

Practical, easy-to-learn processes are used in all Priority Management solutions to apply world-class best practices with a high proportion of hands-on learning, followed-up with individual coaching to customise and assist implementation.

Research

All Priority Management solutions are extensively researched and written to achieve Best Practice behaviours. The immediate result for our clients is shown in their ability to get better results, build high performance teams, reduce costs, and increase profits.

Tailoring

Our solutions can be customised specifically for each organisation’s environment, culture and individual requirements.

Coaching

Some of our Working Sm@rt solutions include a one-to-one coaching session.  During the session, we reinforce the key learning points tailored to the individuals' job role, to ensure permanent behavioural change are established. We consider these coaching sessions to be the signature of what Priority Management does differently.

Resources

We are committed to providing our graduates with continued support and resources, including our monthly LearningLink e-Newsletter with tips and articles to help improve day-to-day productivity.  Each person will receive a "Client for Life" status which entitles them to attend any of our Public sessions to refresh their knowledge without additional charge from us

Wanda Bronkhorst

General Manager & Regional Director

After she completed a Social Science degree (Psychology and Communication) at the University of the Orange Free State, Wanda started her career in IT when she joined the Denel Group working at Denel Informatics.  Later she moved to Affinity Logic (UCS Solutions) and from 1997 until 2000 held a variety of roles from Customer Service Agent to System Administrator.  Thereafter, she progressed to the IT projects team.  The Company then approached her and asked her to set up a support team for all e-Commerce applications across all clients.  In 2002, her role changed again to Client Service Manager, managing end-to-end business solutions across a full range of IT operations for two main clients.  After moving to Dubai in 2004 and spending some time at home with her two young children, she joined the Priority Management team in 2007.  Priority Management provided the perfect opportunity to combine her background in IT, with her education, work experience and her love for helping others.  As a Regional Director for Priority Management and GM of the local operating company (Working Smart Management Consultancies), she now facilitates and coaches for Priority Management in the MEA Region and Africa.

Amanda Michaletos

Program Manager

Amanda started her working life as a Program Developer in 2002 for Taalkor editing language courses in Bloemfontein.  With an overwhelming sense of adventure and discovery she spread her wings and took a step into the unknown, moving to London.  She moved into the hospitality industry, and that is when people became her passion.  Greece was next on the agenda – before settling finally in Dubai in 2006.  The Jumeirah Group provided much needed experience in the Learning and Development business.  There was still much of the world to see beyond Dubai and Amanda achieved this by joining Emirates Airline in 2009; fun as it was, it armed her with people skills and a multi-cultural education that is priceless.  She joined Priority Management in 2014 as Program Manager and continues her love of helping people facilitating and coaching for Priority Management in the MEA Region.
